Shipping Information

All orders are processed within two business days and ship from Virginia (United States). I will contact you via email if there's an issue or delay with your order.
Domestic shipping: US customers can choose between USPS standard post (which does not have tracking) and USPS Ground Advantage (which has tracking). Your order is automatically upgraded to include tracking at no extra cost when your subtotal reaches $40.
International shipping: All orders are shipped via standard post (aka "snail mail"). There is no tracking, and delivery may take from a couple weeks to a couple months depending on the country. I cannot guarantee estimates for delivery times. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees and import costs. I currently ship to all countries.
Digital downloads: Files are automatically delivered by email with your order confirmation.

By default the shop prices are in USD.
Payment is taken when the order is placed.
Payments are processed through Paypal. You should be able to checkout as a guest if you do not have a Paypal account.
If you are unable to use Paypal because it's blocked or unavailable in your country, you may shop from my Etsy store instead, or contact me so we can set up an alternate payment method.

Refunds and exchanges are accepted for physical goods within 14 days of arrival. Please notify me prior to returning so I can keep an eye on the mail.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds are issued only after the returned goods are received.
There are no refunds or exchanges on digital purchases.
